The Keene family just got a little bigger. On October 26th we welcomed our son Oliver into the world. As you can see, the doggo approves.

I work at Millennium Fandom Bar almost every Saturday night, and part of what keeps me coming back is the attention to detail displayed by the many cosplayers who attend.
This image was taken years ago in Charleston, SC, where I used to live and work. Wheeler here was an energetic little guy, whom we essentially let guide us around an old plantation and sometimes get a few shots in. The big deal for him and his mother was this pirate-esque boat, which he had specifically brought along this outfit for.
Fun times.
I love Las Vegas, but sometimes I do miss certain elements of living in the Southeast. This is one of those.

Back when I lived in Asheville, NC, I did a fair amount of photo work for a local pro wrestling promotion. This is a promo shot I did of one wrestler, who was kind of a big dude.

I’ve spent some time in Atlanta, and this was a particularly interesting case. I was staying with a local drag queen and invited to a show, and I asked if I could take some behind the scenes shots. He and his fellow drag queens said yes, and here we are…
Amanda and Devyn came to Vegas from Indiana to celebrate their engagement. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from them, as this was a very last minute job, but they surprised me by being both incredibly chill and self-deprecating. So we did a “trashy Vegas” shoot and it was a DELIGHT.

Shot for Escape Reality, an escape room company in Las Vegas. Alcatraz, one of their two toughest rooms, is one mind-bending experience.
There are a lot of great moments I look forward to at weddings. The first dance, the flower toss, little kids in tuxedos… but it’s the unexpected bursts of personality that really keep me energized on the job.

An early wedding for me. This was upstairs from a bar in Folly Beach, SC. The wedding itself was attended primarily by folks in the roller derby community and had a voodoo theme, neither of which has anything to do with Guy Fawkes, as far as I know.
